  • Steak Cubes 1/2 kgs

  • Potatoes Cubes 1/2 kgs

  • Carrot cubed (optional) 1 nos

  • Capsicum cubed (optional) 1 nos

  • Eggs beaten (add pinch of salt) 3 nos

    Boil Steak Cubes In Pressure Cooker, Add 2 Cups Of Water Then Add 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder, Salt As Required, Little Turmeric Powder And Pinch Of Garam Masala When Olmost Tender Dry Up The Excess Water, Remove On A Plate.

    Deep Fry Potatoes Cubes Like French Fries But Not Crispy, Sprinkle Chilli Powder And Salt. Use Cocktail Sticks Or Toothpicks, Poke One Fried Potato Then Steak Cube (Then Capsicum And Carrot If Using) Then Potato.

    Do Same Till All Done, Keep Aside. Use A Pan To Shallow Fry Them.

    Dip Each Cocktail Stick In Beaten Eggs Then Put In Hot Oil, Lower Flame To Medium.

    Let It Be Golden Brown Toss The Other Side And Remove On Strainer, Then Keep On Platter With Kitchen Paper On It.
