Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 nos evaporated milk tin


  • 1 tbsp sabza/takmaria/sweet basil seeds


  • 1/2 cups sugar (as required)


  • 1/2 tsp almond essence


  • 1 tsp rose or ice cream essence


  • 1/4 cups almonds (soaked in hot water and peel removed)


  • 3 tbsp vermicelli (boiled in water and strained)


  • 1 pinch red color


  • 1 cups fresh cream

Directions

  • Soak Sweet Basil In 1/4 Cup Water And Set Aside.
  • Blend Milks, Few Ice Cubes, Cream, Sugar, Almonds And Essence Till All Almonds Are Ground (Can Switch To Powdering Almonds First Then Blending All).
  • Keep In A Jug Add Sabza, Sev And Some Slivered Baadam With Ice Cubes, Serve Cold
