Ingredients

Chicken (quartered) 2 nos
Chilli Powder 4 tsp
Salt (as required) 1 pinch
Paprika 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Orange and Red Color 1 pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 1/2 cups
Citric Powder or 1 and half Lemon juice 1 tsp
Tandoori or Tikka Masala 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 dash
Corriander powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 cups
Directions
Wash And Slit On Chicken Pieces, Strain All Water Out. In A Pan Put Oil And Keep On Flame, Add All Ingredients Except Chicken And Yogurt, Lower The Flame And Cook Till Aroma Arises.
Remove From Flame Add Yogurt And Mix Well Let It Cool Apply On Chicken And Keep Aside The Marinade For Later Use, Let Chicken Marinate For 4-5 Hours Then Barbeque It, Baste With Extra Marinade (From Chicken Bowl) Time To Time.
When All Pieces Done Brush With Marinade Left Before.
Serve With Dry Salad, Tamarind And Hot Chutneys
