4 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch salt (as required)
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch orange and red color
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 cups yogurt
1 tsp citric powder or 1 and half lemon juice
1 tsp tandoori or tikka masala
1 dash garam masala
1/4 tsp corriander powder
1/2 cups oil
Directions
Wash And Slit On Chicken Pieces, Strain All Water Out. In A Pan Put Oil And Keep On Flame, Add All Ingredients Except Chicken And Yogurt, Lower The Flame And Cook Till Aroma Arises.
Remove From Flame Add Yogurt And Mix Well Let It Cool Apply On Chicken And Keep Aside The Marinade For Later Use, Let Chicken Marinate For 4-5 Hours Then Barbeque It, Baste With Extra Marinade (From Chicken Bowl) Time To Time.
