  • 2 cups makhana

  • 1/4 cups jaggery

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds


  • Dry roast the fox nuts on low heat stirring it in between for about 10 mins until firm and crisp. Set aside.
  • In a pan heat ghee and add the jaggery and allow it to melt. Turn off the heat.
  • Immediately add the roasted fox nuts, roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds.
  • Mix well until the fox nuts get well coated with the jaggery.
  • Cool and store in airtight container.
