Dry roast the fox nuts on low heat stirring it in between for about 10 mins until firm and crisp. Set aside.
In a pan heat ghee and add the jaggery and allow it to melt. Turn off the heat.
Immediately add the roasted fox nuts, roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds.
Mix well until the fox nuts get well coated with the jaggery.
Cool and store in airtight container.
