Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups besan


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups grated carrot


  • 1 cups capsicum chopped


  • 1/4 cups cauliflower


  • 1/2 cups chopped green coriander


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take besan, all all spices
  • Using water make batter.
  • Add all chopped vegetables.
  • Mix well , if needed add water.
  • Now spread 1 table spoon of batter on non stick or flat tawa on low flame.
  • When one side is cooked , flip and cook from other side with the help of little oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce or green coriander chutney.
