Ingredients

Serves 2

  • besan 1 cups

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • tomato finely chopped 1 nos

  • grated carrot 1/4 cups

  • capsicum chopped 1 cups

  • cauliflower 1/4 cups

  • chopped green coriander 1/2 cups

  • hing 1 pinch

  • oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take besan, all all spices

  • 02

    Using water make batter.

  • 03

    Add all chopped vegetables.

  • 04

    Mix well , if needed add water.

  • 05

    Now spread 1 table spoon of batter on non stick or flat tawa on low flame.

    When one side is cooked , flip and cook from other side with the help of little oil.

  • 07

    Serve hot with sauce or green coriander chutney.
