  • 2-3 papad

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tomato finely chopped

  • 1 -2 green chilli finely chopped

  • 1/2 spoon chat masala

  • 1 spoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 spoon Salt or as per taste

  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

  • 4 spoon oil for papad frying

  • 1/8 spoon red chilli powder


  • In a bowl put chopped onion, green chilli, tomato, lemon juice salt, red chilli powder and chat masala, mix it well.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry the papad. Take it out remove excess oil with the help of paper napkin.
  • Now place the fried papad on serving plate and arrange the masala filling on the fried papad and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
