Singoda Flour Halwa / Shingada Sheera

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3/4 cups ghee


  • 1 cups shingada flour


  • 3/4 cups warm water


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2-3 tsp assorted dry fruits (almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts)


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan and Add shingada flour and mix well
  • Roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Keep on stirring without fail to avoid flour from burning.
  • Add warm water. Stir well. Avoid lumps formation.
  • Once all the water is absorbed in the flour add sugar. Add dry fruits. Mix well.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes and add cardamom powder.
  • Mix well. Serve hot.
