  • 1 litre milk

  • 2.5 tsp edible rose water

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cups corn starch

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 2-3 tbsp chopped almonds and rose petals for garnish


  • Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup Milk completely
  • Boil remaining milk with sugar and cinnamon over medium heat
  • Simmer and add corn slurry to milk and mix well
  • Stir constantly and bring milk to boil over high heat. switch off
  • Bring mixture to room temperature. Add vanilla extract and rose water. Mix well
  • Pour in serving glass, cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve
  • Garnish with chopped almonds and rose petals. Serve cold
