Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup Milk completely
Boil remaining milk with sugar and cinnamon over medium heat
Simmer and add corn slurry to milk and mix well
Stir constantly and bring milk to boil over high heat. switch off
Bring mixture to room temperature. Add vanilla extract and rose water. Mix well
Pour in serving glass, cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve
Garnish with chopped almonds and rose petals. Serve cold
