Bread Slices 6-7 nos
Stirfried Veggies (chopped Capsicum, Cauliflower, Onion and Carrot with 3 chopped Garlic cloves and small piece of Ginger in little oil) 1 cups
Mayonaise Salad (chopped cucumber and tomato) 1/4 cups
Black pepper and Salt 1 dash
Directions
Roll bread slice cut with cutter of your choice then toast them slightly in oven. Put salt and pepper in veggies can olso add spices of your choice if you like or hot sauce but make sure it should be dry. When toast are cooled down top with stir fried veggies, small blob of mayonaise and salad. Can mix salad, veggies and mayo and top the canape. decorate however you prefer! NB: can use Aioli instead of Mayonaise
