Heat oil/butter in a pan.
Add cumin seeds. When it splattered add onions.
When the onions became translucent add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Saute till the raw aroma of the ginger-garlic goes away.
Then add tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
Now add all the dry masala- turmeric, red chilli powder, paneer masala powder. Stir the spice powers.
Then add paneer & salt and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
Add few coriander leaves and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated cheese.
Serve paneer bhurji with roti or parantha.
