  • 3 tsp oil

  • 2 nos medium onoin (copped)

  • 1 nos tomatoes


  • Grind Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Hari Mirch Heat The Oil In Medium Flame
  • Add Onions, Stir Till Brown Add Grind Tomatoes Mixture Add Some Water Keep Low Flame Stir
  • Add Haldi, Pisa Dhaniya,Garam Masala, Degi Mirch Srit Well Wait Till Oil Release
  • Add Boiled Corns In Tadka Stil Well Wait For 5 Minutes Stir Between Add Palak (Don't Add Water) Stir
  • Keep Flame Slow Wait For 15-20 Minutes
  • Stir Between Off Flame I Serve With Chapati Or Naan
