  • Corns (boiled) 1.5 cups

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • medium Onoin (copped) 2 nos

  • tomatoes 1 nos

Directions

    Grind Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Hari Mirch Heat The Oil In Medium Flame

    Add Onions, Stir Till Brown Add Grind Tomatoes Mixture Add Some Water Keep Low Flame Stir

    Add Haldi, Pisa Dhaniya,Garam Masala, Degi Mirch Srit Well Wait Till Oil Release

  • 04

    Add Boiled Corns In Tadka Stil Well Wait For 5 Minutes Stir Between Add Palak (Don't Add Water) Stir

    Keep Flame Slow Wait For 15-20 Minutes

  • 06

    Stir Between Off Flame I Serve With Chapati Or Naan
