Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms palak dho kar barik kate.


  • 1 cups corn (makai)


  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped


  • 4-5 nos garlic cloves finely chopped


  • 2 nos pyaj finely chopped


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 nos tamater barik kate hue


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos hari ellaychi


  • 1 nos hari mirch barik kate hue


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp rad mirch powder


  • 1 pinch namak - swadanusaar.


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1/4 cups milk

Directions

  • Cooker me oil garam kare, usme jeera or hari ellaychi dale.
  • Ginger, garlic, pyaj or hari mirch dal kar bhune.
  • For tamater dale, dhaniya powder, garam masala or kasuri methi dale, achche se pakaye.
  • Ab palak dale, 1/2 cup pani dale, dhakkan lga kar 2 whistle lgaye.
  • Cooker khol kar palak ko thanda kare or pees le.
  • Ab ek pan me Pisa palak dale, usme butter, corn, rad mirch powder, namak, sugar, milk or 1/2 cup pani dale.
  • Lagataar chalate hue pakaye, 5 min baad gas off kar de.
  • Aapka yummy palak makai ready h.
