Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tbsp dalchini


  • 4 nos elaychi


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste


  • 2 nos big chopped tomatoes


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tbsp dhania powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp biryani masala powder


  • 1 tsp bhuna jeera powder


  • 3/4 cups chopped pudina & green dhaniya


  • 3/4 cups 2 hours bhigi boiled masoor


  • 4 nos medium sized potatoes thick sliced boiled/friec


  • 2 cups water, as required


  • 3 nos fried brown onion,sliced


  • 3/4 cups dahi


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 cups basmati rice(80% cooked with 2 elaychi & 2 tukde dalchini and salt)


  • 3/4 cups milk with saffron


  • 1-2 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Pan me oil garam kare.
  • Add jeera dalchini elaychi ginger garlic chilli paste saute well.
  • Add tomatoes cooked well.
  • Add haldi chilli powder dhania powder garam masala powder biryani masala powder jeera powder hara pudina- dhaniya masoor aaloo saute well.
  • Add water cooked well.
  • Add brown onion salt dahi cooked well.
  • Microwave safe bowl ko ghee se grease kare.
  • Ab bowl me half rice ka layer kare phir masoor aaloo ka layer kare ab baki bache rice ka layer kare.
  • Ab saffron wala milk & ghee sab jagah dale.
  • 10minutes k liye lid lagakar microwave me rakhe.
  • Ab brown onion se garnish kare or garma garam biryani ko raita papad salad k sath enjoy kare.
