Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups for chilla: moong dal


  • 1/4 cups hari moong dal


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 1 tsp as par taste salt


  • 1 tbsp for stuffing:oil


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/2 cups cabbage chopped


  • 1/2 cups carrot chopped


  • 1/2 cups red capsicum chopped


  • 1/2 cups yellow capsicum chopped


  • 1/2 cups green capsicum chopped


  • 1 tsp as par taste salt


  • 100 gms grated paneer


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 2 nos for chilla chaat:chilla


  • 2 tbsp stuffing :dahi feta hua


  • 1 tsp meethi chutney


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos cucumber chopped


  • 1 nos tomato chopped


  • 2 tbsp sev


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • ForChilla: Sabse pahle dono dalon ko dhokar 2 hours k liy bhigo de.
  • 2 hours k baad dal ko mixer jar me lekar green chilli ginger salt and pani dalkar dardari pis le.
  • Garam tave par chilla banay.
  • For Stuffing: Ek pan me oil garam kare green chilli and ginger paste dalkar saute kare.
  • Cabbage and carrot dalkar saute kare. Ab try coloured capsicum dalkar saute kare.
  • Add salt. 4-5 Minutes saute kare.
  • Flame off kare. Paneer add kare and mix kare.
  • Stuffing ready h.
  • For Chilla Chaat: Ek plate me chilla rakhe stuffing felay upar dusra chilla rakhe. Ab dahi dale meethi chutney dale.
  • Ab onion cucumber tomato sev dale.
  • Salt jeera powder pepper powder and chaat masala dale.
  • Coriander leaves se garnish kare and serve kare.
