Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls leftover rice


  • 2 nos roti/chapati roughly chopped


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 4 nos curry leaves


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, chilly .
  • Add onion and saute for a minute.
  • Mix rice, roti , salt, sugar, turmeric powder and add it into the pan
  • Cover for a minute and serve hot with lemon wedge.
