1 bowls leftover rice
2 nos roti/chapati roughly chopped
1 nos onion chopped
1 nos green chilly chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4 nos curry leaves
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp mustard seeds
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves, chilly .
Add onion and saute for a minute.
Mix rice, roti , salt, sugar, turmeric powder and add it into the pan
Cover for a minute and serve hot with lemon wedge.
