Chinese Egg And Tomato Omelette

  • 4 nos eggs

  • 4 nos tomatoes (cut into 8 pieces)

  • 2 nos spring white onion sliced

  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic

  • 2 tbsp chopped green part of spring onion

  • 3 nos green chillies roughly chopped

  • 1 pinch salt as required

  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil


  • Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in deep wok. Add tomatoes and saute, cover the lid and cook it for 5minutes on low flame till it get little soft. Transfer it to a plate.
  • Take eggs in wok add salt in it n mix it well.
  • Now heat 3tablespoons cooking oil in same wok. Add Ginger garlic n saute for 30sec on high flame.
  • Add spring white onion part and green chillies in it and  saute till it get transculent.
  • Add soy sauce,  vinegar little bit salt (remember Salt already added in beaten egg).
  • Add beaten egg n cook till done but keep sauteing continuously.
  • Add cooked tomatoes, spring onion and  just mix it gently. transfer it to a bowl.
  • Serve hot this Chinese Tomato And Egg with tomato ketchup or red chilli sauce.
  • Chinese Tomato And Egg is ready to eat.
