Schezwan Egg Strips

  • 4 nos beaten eggs with little salt

  • 6 nos dry red chilies

  • 4 nos garlic cloves

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce

  • 2-3 nos spring onion for garnishing

  • 5 tbsp cooking oil


  • Soaked red chili in warm water for 10minutes.
  • Make smooth paste of red chili, garlic and ginger in mixer grinder jar.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil n make omlette. Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.
  • In other pan heat 1tbsp oil n add prepared paste in it stir for minute on low medium flame. Now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and mix it really well.
  • Add egg strips in it n mix it well.
  • Serve hot in plate and garinsh with spring onion leaves.
