Soaked red chili in warm water for 10minutes.
Make smooth paste of red chili, garlic and ginger in mixer grinder jar.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil n make omlette. Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.
In other pan heat 1tbsp oil n add prepared paste in it stir for minute on low medium flame. Now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and mix it really well.
Add egg strips in it n mix it well.
Serve hot in plate and garinsh with spring onion leaves.
