Ingredients

Serves 2

  • beaten eggs with little salt 4 nos

  • dry red chilies 6 nos

  • garlic cloves 4 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • tomato ketchup 1 tbsp

  • schezwan sauce 1 tbsp

  • Spring Onion for garnishing 2-3 nos

  • cooking oil 5 tbsp

Directions

    Soaked red chili in warm water for 10minutes.

    Make smooth paste of red chili, garlic and ginger in mixer grinder jar.

    Heat 2 tablespoons oil n make omlette. Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.

    In other pan heat 1tbsp oil n add prepared paste in it stir for minute on low medium flame. Now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and mix it really well.

    Add egg strips in it n mix it well.

  • 06

    Serve hot in plate and garinsh with spring onion leaves.
