Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 250 gms grated mawa (khoya)


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 4 tbsp milk powder


  • 250 gms all purpose flour (maida)


  • 1 tsp cardamon powder


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 nos egg white


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 4-5 nos saffron strands

Directions

  • Bind The Above Ingredients With Fresh Milk Till You Get Soft Dough. Make Pingpong Balls.
  • Deep Fry In Oil On Medium Flame Till Brown Color.
  • Syrup: Boil This Together Till One String Thickness, Remove From Flame Add Pinch Of Orange Color And Rose Essence.
  • Put All Gulab Jamuns In The Hot Syrup Pot And Toss Slowly Then Pour Them In A Bowl, Garnish With Almond Or Cashewnut Flakes.
