Ingredients

Serves 10

  • grated Mawa (Khoya) 250 gms

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Milk powder 4 tbsp

  • All Purpose flour (Maida) 250 gms

  • Cardamon powder 1 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Egg White 1 nos

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • saffron strands 4-5 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Bind The Above Ingredients With Fresh Milk Till You Get Soft Dough. Make Pingpong Balls.

    Deep Fry In Oil On Medium Flame Till Brown Color.

  • 03

    Syrup: Boil This Together Till One String Thickness, Remove From Flame Add Pinch Of Orange Color And Rose Essence.

    Put All Gulab Jamuns In The Hot Syrup Pot And Toss Slowly Then Pour Them In A Bowl, Garnish With Almond Or Cashewnut Flakes.
