Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos white bread


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped carrot


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped cabbage


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped bins


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 2 nos chilis chopped


  • 3 nos garlic chopped


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 nos cheese greated cube


  • 2 tbsp tometo sauce


  • 1 pinch origano


  • 1 pinch chili flakes

Directions

  • Heat a tawa & grease butter
  • Toast 4 pieces of breads
  • Now heat oil in a pan
  • Add chopped onion, garlic & green chili and saute
  • Now add all vegetables and fry
  • After vegetables become soft add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, pepper powder and pinch of sugar
  • All vegetables cook for few minutes , then switch off the flame
  • Now assemble the bread
  • First brush tometo sauce top of the bread
  • Now spread all cooked veggies top of the bread
  • Now top of the bread sprinkle some greated cheese and chili flakes, origano
  • Now bake for 1 minute in an oven
  • Now masala cheese toast ready
