Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 4 white bread

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bins

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2 chilis chopped

  • 3 garlic chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1 cube cheese greated

  • 2 tablespoon tometo sauce

  • 1 pich of origano

  • 1 pinch of chili flakes

Directions

    Heat a tawa & grease butter

    Toast 4 pieces of breads

    Now heat oil in a pan

  • 04

    Add chopped onion, garlic & green chili and saute

  • 05

    Now add all vegetables and fry

  • 06

    After vegetables become soft add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, pepper powder and pinch of sugar

    All vegetables cook for few minutes , then switch off the flame

    Now assemble the bread

    First brush tometo sauce top of the bread

    Now spread all cooked veggies top of the bread

    Now top of the bread sprinkle some greated cheese and chili flakes, origano

    Now bake for 1 minute in an oven

    Now masala cheese toast ready
