  • 12-15 nos left over kaju katli

  • 3 cups whole milk

  • 1 pinch kesar

  • 1 tbsp sugar as per your taste

  • 1 tbsp for garnishing kaju and almonds

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • Bring the kaju katli to room temperature so it blends well.
  • Crumble the kaju katli in to very small pieces.
  • Transfer into a blender and a little bit of milk and blend well.
  • Add the balance of the milk and blend will till the icecubes break down.
  • Transfer into a glass and sprinkle some cardamom powder on top and serve.
  • Garnishing with kaju and almonds.
