Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for idli:suji


  • 1 cups dahi


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste.


  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt


  • 2 cups oil - for frying


  • 1 cups for chaat.:dahi


  • 1 tbsp imli ki chatani


  • 1 tbsp dhaniya pudina chatani


  • 2 nos tamatar finely chopped.


  • 1 tsp chaat masala to taste.


  • 1/2 tsp bhuna pisa jeera


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste.

Directions

  • Ek bowl me suji, dahi or namak milaye, 10 min k liye chod de.
  • Cooker me 1 glass pani dal kar garam kare, idli mould ko grease kare.
  • Suji better me eno fruit salt milaye or mould me dal kar cooker me rakhe, bina whistle k lid lagaye, 15 min pakaye.
  • Ab mould ko bahar nikal kar thanda Kare or idli ko de mould kare.
  • Ab in idli ko dhimi anch per golden brown hone tak fry kare.
  • Ab fried idli ko thanda Kare, dahi me salt dal kar math le.
  • Idli ko dahi me dale, 10 mins bhigo kar rakhe.
  • Ab ek plate me idli rakhe, baki dahi uper se dale, imli ki chatani, dhaniya pudina chatani, salt, bhuna pisa jeera, or tamater dal serve kare
  • Aapke yummy idli dahi bhalle ready h. Serve kare.
