Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos medium sized aaloo


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp rai


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 2 nos medium sized tomatoes chopped


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt as par taste


  • 2 tbsp hara dhaniya chopped

Directions

  • Aaloo ubalkar chhilkar thode mote chips me kat le.
  • Pan me oil garam kare rai jeera dale.
  • Chopped onion dalkar 2-3 minutes bhune.
  • Add green chilli and chopped tomatoes and saute well.
  • Add haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
  • Add potatoes and mix well.
  • Hare dhaniya se garnish kare. Ready h Aaloo Fry.
