Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Medium sized Aaloo 5 nos

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Rai 1 tsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Onion chopped 1 nos

  • Green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • Medium sized tomatoes chopped 2 nos

  • Haldi powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Dhaniya powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt as par taste 1 tsp

  • Hara dhaniya chopped 2 tbsp

Directions

    Aaloo ubalkar chhilkar thode mote chips me kat le.

    Pan me oil garam kare rai jeera dale.

  • 03

    Chopped onion dalkar 2-3 minutes bhune.

  • 04

    Add green chilli and chopped tomatoes and saute well.

  • 05

    Add haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.

    Add potatoes and mix well.

  • 07

    Hare dhaniya se garnish kare. Ready h Aaloo Fry.
