Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 4 nos tamater kate hue.


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 2 tbsp makhan/ghee


  • 2 nos choti elleychi k seeds - dardara pees le


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 pinch namak - svadanusaar.


  • 1/2 tsp gram masala


  • 1/2 tsp rad chilly powder


  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup


  • 4 tbsp kaju (pani me bhigo kar pees le)


  • 2 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1/2 cups mlai/ cream

Directions

  • Microwave safe dish me tamater, ginger or 1/2 cup pani dal kar 5min dhakkar pakaye. Thanda karke puree bna le.
  • Makhan/ ghee or elleychi ko 2 min k liye microwave Kare.
  • Namak, sugar, rad Mitch powder or garam masala Dale. Tamater ki puree or tomato ketchup dal kar ache se milaye. Dhakkar 4 min k liye microwave Kare.
  • 1 base beech me hilaye. Nina dhake 4 min or microwave Kare.
  • Kaju ka paste or kasuri methi Dale. 1/2 cup pani dale. 3 min k liye microwave Kare.
  • Paneer cat kar dale. Mlai/ cream dale. 2 min microwave Kare.
  • Garamagaram roti, salad or bundi k rayta k saath serve Kare. Note --aap isi recipe se gas per bhi bna sakte h.
