Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls hari haldi grated


  • 5 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp ginger & green chilli paste


  • 1 bowls spring onion


  • 1 bowls green garlic


  • 1 bowls boiled green peas


  • 1 bowls normal dahi


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp dhaniya jeera powder


  • 1 tsp sabji masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp green coriander

Directions

  • Pan me 2 tbsp ghee k saath grated haldi dalkar 4-5 minute saute kare.
  • Bowl me nilal le.
  • Pan me baki bacha ghee lekar jeera and hing dalkar ginger chilli paste dalkar bhune.
  • Add spring onion green garlic & boiled peas saute kare.
  • Add dahi and mix well.
  • Add dry masala & mix well.
  • Ghee alag hone tak pakay.
  • Green coriander dalkar mix kare.
  • Haldi k Jillian ya slice se garnish kare.
