Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups urad daal


  • 1 cups mung daal


  • 250 gms dahi


  • 1 pinch namak - swaad anusaar


  • 2 tbsp imli sounth


  • 2 tbsp puddina chatni


  • 2 tsp talne k liye oil


  • 2 tsp for garnishing. bhuna- pisa jeera, chaat masala, red chilly powder.

Directions

  • Urad daal or mung daal ko 4-5 ghante k liye bhigo de, fir barik pees le.
  • Fir Pisi daal ko halka hone tak fete.
  • Ek bartan me pani lekar namak mila le.
  • Hatho per pani lga kar dal vale mishran se vade bnaye.
  • Medium heat per golden brown hone tak fry kare.
  • Vado ko 10 min namak mile pani me bhigoye
  • Dahi me namak mila kar fete, vado ko halke se daba kar pani nikal kar dahi me dale.
  • Ab ek dish me vado ko rakhe, bachi hui dahi dale, imli sounth, puddina chatni, bhune- pise jeera, red chilly powder or chaat masala se garnish kar k serve kare.
