Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for kofta: barik kya palak


  • 1 cups kusa hua paneer


  • 1/2 cups kusa hua boiled aloo


  • 1/4 cups besan


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 nos barik kata hua onion


  • 1 tsp kta hua garlic


  • 1 tsp kata hua ginger


  • 1 tsp kata hua kaju


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 2 cups oil - for frying.


  • 2 nos for gravy : finely chopped onion


  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp kasauri methi


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste.


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1/4 cups kaju paste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Kofte ke liye ek pan me oil garam kare, usme kata onion, ginger, garlic dale, 2 mins bhun le.
  • Fir kata palak dale, color change hone tak bhune.
  • Fir thanda karke paste bna le.
  • Ab is paste me oil or cornflour ko chodkar kofte k sare ing milaye.
  • Choti balls bna kar cornflour me coat kare or medium heat per golden brown hone tak fry kare.
  • Gravy k liye 1 pan me oil garam kare, usme jeera dale, fir onion dal kar bhune.
  • Ginger - garlic paste or red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, haldi dale or ache se bhun le.
  • Tomato puree dale, ache se milaye, dhakkar 10 mins pakaye.
  • Ab kaju paste or namak dal kar ache se milaye.
  • Kofte dal kar 1 min dhakkar pakaye.
  • Kasauri methi or garam masala dale or garamagaram spinach kofta roti k saath serve kare.
