Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Maida/All Purpose Flour 2 cups

  • Yeast 1 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Nido (Milk Powder) 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Butter/Margarine 1 tbsp

  • Veggie Filling:Baked Beans 1 cups

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Green Chillies (chopped) 2 nos

  • Boiled Potato (mashed) 1 nos

  • Veggies (Capsicum, Corns, French beans chopped) 2 cups

  • Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 tsp

  • Sabzi Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2 nos

Directions

    In a big bowl put all ingredients n mix well

    Bind soft dough using warm water till it has lost elasticity

    Then let it rise

    Punch back then roll o fold into any shape you desire n do filling

    Glaze wid beaten egg, sprinkle some sesame n kip on greased trays n let rise fully.

    Den bake on 200°C til browned up on top

    Veggie Filling:braise onion in 2 tbsp oil till pinkish brown color add garlic paste and tomatoes n saute till paste like add veggies, sabzi masala n mix well add sweetcorns n baked beans wid sauces on high flame add mashed potato n mix well remove from flame and add green chillies then let it cool down
