Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls leftover rajma


  • 2 tsp cooked rice


  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup


  • 2 nos cheese slices cut into halves


  • 4 nos satey sticks

Directions

  • Take the extra leftover rajma in a pan.
  • Add rice and ketchup and mash with potato masher.
  • Stir on high flame and dry the mixture.
  • Cool the dry mixture.
  • Make equal portion of the mixture.
  • Take one portion of mixture, place the cheese in the centre. Close the kebab and spread it on the stick.
  • On a grill pan keep the kebabs sticks , add a little oil and cook on all sides.
  • Serve with green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
