Ingredients

  • boiled and grinded bathuya 1/2 cups

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • wheat flour 1 cups

  • hing 1/4 tsp

  • carom seeds 1/2 tsp

  • redchilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • oil for frying 100 ml

Directions

    Take whear flour

  • 02

    Add all spices.

  • 03

    Add boiled and grided bathuya

  • 04

    Knead tight dough using water.

  • 05

    Keep aside for 10 minutes.

  • 06

    Noe maje small balls and roll like puri

  • 07

    Now dip fry un hot oil

  • 08

    Serve with achar, tea or sabji
