Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cups butter/margarine


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 5 nos eggs


  • 1 1/2 cups flour


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 cups topping: pineapple juice


  • 250 ml whip cream


  • 3 tbsp icing sugar


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 nos white chocolate bar

Directions

  • Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time beating in between to form peaks. Add vanilla essence and oil. Sieve flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl. Add 3 tbsp of flour mixture to the butter at a time while continuing to mix till you are done with all the flour. Pour batter into any shape greased mould and bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C till done. Let it cool a bit remove on ramekins and cut in half horizontally. Topping: Beat whipcream add icing sugar and vanilla essence till peaks are formed, keep in fridge. On half cake sprinkle pine apple juice then spread whip cream. Can put thin slices of pine apple or cherries. Place the other half and apply remaining juice on top of the cake. Spread whip cream and pipe in florets of whip cream using piping bag. Sprinkle grated white chocolate. Can decorate using cherries or strawberries.
