Boiled egg 4-6 nos
Oil 2-4 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg sprinkle masala( to taste) 1/2 tsp
Peel the boil egg and cut lengthwise.
Put the pan on flame add oil now put egg in oil cut side put down when egg get golden turn another side don't over flip otherwise egg yolk get seprate.
When both side of egg golden n crispy switch off the flame sprinkle some salt n egg masala .
Serve in serving plate.
