  • 4 nos burger buns

  • 4 nos cheese slice

  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp tomatoes sauce

  • 1 drop paprika syrup

  • 1 nos onion (slice)

  • 1 nos tomato (slice)

  • 200 gms potato (boiled and finally mashed)

  • 20 gms cornstarch

  • 2-3 nos chilli flacks (optionally)

  • 1 cups bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 4 nos vedges:- potatoes (washed but not peeled)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp chilly flacks

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 2 cups oil for deep fry


  • Heat Oil For Frying Patty In Medium Flame (Take Some Heavy Platform Kadahi) Patty Take Mashed Aloo Add Corn Flour Add Chilli Flacks (Optionally) Add Salt Mix Well Grease You Palm Take Potato Make A Ball Press Slightly In Your Palms Coat With Bread Crumbs Check Oil Temperature
  • Put A Small Boll Of Potatoes To Check Oil Temperature Add Patty And Fry On High Flame
  • Vedges:- Cut Potatoes Add Cornstarch, All Purpose Flour , Salt, Chilly Flacks And Oregano Mix Well Keep In Refrigerator For 30 Minutes Heat Oil In High Flame Fry Vedges And Burger Patties Wash Onion Slices Keep Onion And Tomato Slices In Refrigerator For 10 Minutes
  • Add Mayonnaise, Tomato Sauce And Paprika. ..Mix Well Take A Burger Bun Keep A Cheese Slice On Lower Part Of Bun And Warm It In Microwave For 15 Second
  • Warm Upper Part Of Bun In A Pan Or Microwave (Don't Grease) Spread Mayonnaise Sauce On Upper Portion Of Bun First Keep 2slices And 1 Slice Of Onion Keep Patty
  • Now Keep Lower Portion In Tikki Turn And Serve With Vedges I Always Use Two Different Pans For Frying Patty And Vedges Simultaneously
