Ingredients

Serves 4

  • all purpose flour (maida) or wholemeal flour (aata) 2 cups

  • salt 1 pinch

  • green chillies n smol of ginger (pounded) 3-4 nos

  • turmeric powder 3/4 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • methi (fenugreek) leaves 1 cups

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • dhania/corriander powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    mix all very well bind with water to soft dough, roll into puri size rotis n roast on tava both sides den put good amount of ghee n roast it well on both sides.

    Serve with onion, chillies and achar

    NB: lftova cn mek crispier on tava using ghee on low flame... methi khakras
