Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cups milk


  • 1 bowls thin sevai / vermicelli


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1-2 tsp sugar


  • 3-4 nos strands of kesar / saffron


  • 1 tsp chopped nuts


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder

Directions

  • Heat ghee on a pan and roast sewai till brown.
  • In a vessel boil milk . You can reduce it to half.
  • Add sugar, nutmeg, kesar, nuts and stir.
  • Now add sewai/ vermicelli and stir.
  • Serve hot or chilled. Garnish with grated nuts.
