  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tsp ghee for cooking


  • 1 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta )

Directions

  • For the dough
  • Combine the whole wheat flour in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.keep aside.
  • How to proceed
  • Divide the dough into equal portion
  • Roll a portion of the dough into a 100 mm.4" diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  • Put 1 tbsp of sugar in the centre of the circle.bring togetherall the sidesin the centre and seal tightly.
  • Roll again into a circle of 5" diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and cook the paratha using 1 tsp of ghee until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  • Repeat with the remaining dough and sugar to make more paratha .
  • Serve with pickle.
