  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum


  • 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onions


  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1.25 tsp chaat masala


  • 12 piece other: bread

Directions

  • Hung Your Thick Home Curd In Musclin Cloth Like Potli Overnight(In Fridge For Summers)( I Haven't Include This Overnight Time In Preparation Time)
  • In Morning Just Press Potli Once You Open Potli So That All Water Strain Out Completely.
  • In Bowl -Mix All Batter Ingredients, Keep.Ir Aside
  • Take Bread, Cut All Brow Edges
  • Keep On Plane Surface And Roll It To Make It Thin With Rolling Pin
  • Now Take Water And Brush The Bread Edges Properly
  • Take 1 Or 1.5 Tbsp Batter And Keep It On Bread In Between Of Left And Right Side And On One Side Towards You Leaving Little Space On Edge
  • Now Roll The Bread Over Batter And Roll Completely Till Other Side Of Your Edge And Press It To Close It And Press From Left Right Side Also And Cut Extra Untidy Part Of Bread From Left Right Side.
  • Fry It Or You Can Keep It In Air Tight Container In Fridge To Fry Later.
