Ingredients

  • Lady Fingers (slit in hlf) 1/2 kgs

  • Grated Coconut 1/2 cups

  • Chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Green Chillies (chopped) 2 nos

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Cummin powder 1 pinch

  • Sabzi masala 1/4 tsp

  • Onion (chopped finely) 1/2 nos

  • Corriander powder 1 pinch

Directions

    mix ol excpt bhindi, den fill de bhindi wid de coconut masala til ol done... kip de remaining masala aside

  • 02

    In a pan put oil n braise 1/2 chopped onion til browned up add de reamining coconut masala n braise den lay ol stuffed bhindis, kip on low flame n cover it, can sprinkle lil water.

    toss carefully de oder side to b done....

    wen done garnish wid chopped corriander leaves
