Dough: All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups
Egg 1 nos
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cups
Filling: Shrimps/Chicken cubes/Fish cubes 1 cups
Cabbage or Kale (chopped) 1/2 cups
Capsicum/Spring Onions/Carrots (chopped) 1/2 cups
Blackpepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Green chillies (chopped) 2 nos
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 1 tsp
chopped garlic 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 piece
Cornflour 1 tsp
For wraps can use dough or spring roll wraps.
Dough: Bind soft dough and cover with damp cloth.
Filling: In a pan put little oil and braise garlic and ginger add shrimps and braise then add veggies toss it add sauces and cornflour then dry it up.
let it cool then do filling.
If you are using dough make small balls of dough roll into thin puris put filling on half side of puri, bring the other half on top and over it as in doin it half.
Seal it all over then bring the two ends together and join them.
When all done deep fry them till crispy brown.
