  • Custard: Milk 250 gms

  • Custard powder 4 tbsp

  • Evaporated Milk 1 cups

  • Sugar 6 tbsp

  • Dessert Cream 3 tbsp

  • Jello: Strawberries slices (optional) 1 cups

  • Agar agar powder or 1 tbsp gelatine 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Sugar 6 tbsp

  • Water Fruit Essence 2 cups

    Custard: Pour Milk, Evaporated Milk, Sugar And Custard Powder In A Pot And Keep On Flame. Let It Boil Keep On Stirring To Avoid Lumps.

    When Very Thick Remuv From Flame, Add Cream And Whisk Then Cover It With Cling Film.

    Jello: In A Pan Put Water Add Sugar, Agar Agar Powder And Citric Acid Mix Well And Keep On Boil, When It Boils Remove From Flame Add Essence Color And Strawberries If Using.

    How To Set: Use A Casserole Or Small Dessert Bowls. 1st Layer:

    Put Slice Of Sponge Cake 2nd Layer: Scoop 2 Tablespoon Custard Evenly

    3rd Layer: Put A Tablespoon Of Canned Fruits

    4th Layer: Slowly Pour Little Jello Topping: Garnish With Whip Cream
