Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups gram (chana) soaked for 4hrs den boiled in salt


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1 nos tomato (chopped)


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 nos lemon juice


  • lemon juice 1 nos


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves (chopped)

Directions

  • in a pot put 3 tbsp oil o ghee add curry leaves n onions n braise it til pinkish color.
  • add tomatoes n spices cook til a paste formed add 1 cup of boiled chana water n chana.
  • cook til it thickens....
  • wen serving garnish wid chopped onions, corriander leaves n green chillies wid lemon slices
