Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos potatoes (boiled wid skin, peeled n cubed)


  • 1 tsp garlic (pounded)


  • 2 nos green chillies (flaked)


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves (chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds


  • 1/2 cups fenugreek leaves (chopped) or few kasuri methhi


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 1/2 cups puris:maida (all purpose flour) or wholemeal flour 2)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • In a pot put 2-3 tbsp oil keep on flame, when heated up add garlic, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, cummin seeds, green chillies n let splutter add potatoes 2 tbsp water, turmeric powder, fenugreek leaves n salt n toss well n let simmer....
  • garnish wid chopped green chillies n corriander leaves.
  • Puris:bind to not very soft dough using water n make pingpong balls den roll dem n fry one by one meking sure it fluffs out by sprinkling oil on puri
  • wen golden brown remuv on strainer den lay on platter.
