  • 2 cups moong (bean sprouts) or urad daal

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 5-6 nos methhi/fenugreek leaves (chopped)

  • 1/2 cups bhhaji (chopped), spinach or any green bhhaji

  • 1/4 tsp sabzi masala

  • 1 nos green chilli

  • 1 nos onion


  • Soak daal ovanite o for few hrs then blend all in processor except salt, methhi and bhhaji, should not put much water...
  • Keep steamer on boil with water
  • Add the bhaajis n chaat masala in daal mixture and mix well, grease appey pan, scoop 1 tbsp of mixture n pour on each mould...
  • When the water is boiling put the pan in it n steam..
  • When done can temper with mustard seeds n curry leaves or serve as it is with sambhar n coconut chutney...
