  • Moong (Bean Sprouts) or Urad daal 2 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Methhi/Fenugreek leaves (chopped) 5-6 nos

  • Bhhaji (chopped), Spinach or any Green Bhhaji 1/2 cups

  • Sabzi Masala 1/4 tsp

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • onion 1 nos

    Soak daal ovanite o for few hrs then blend all in processor except salt, methhi and bhhaji, should not put much water...

    Keep steamer on boil with water

    Add the bhaajis n chaat masala in daal mixture and mix well, grease appey pan, scoop 1 tbsp of mixture n pour on each mould...

    When the water is boiling put the pan in it n steam..

    When done can temper with mustard seeds n curry leaves or serve as it is with sambhar n coconut chutney...
