Buttery Chili Corn On The Cob

  • 2 nos corn cob whole

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • 1 nos lemon

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes

  • 1/4 tsp oregano flakes

  • 1/4 tsp chat masala as per your taste


  • Firstly take corn cob and cut them in to two pieces.
  • Now take a pressure cooker add water and soak the corn cobs in to it.(add more water if needed to soak them fully)
  • Wait for 2 to 3 whistles.
  • In the mean time mix all the dry masalas 
  • Now take the corn out from the cooker .
  • Take the lemon cut it and just dab it on the masala and rub it on the corn cobs.
  • After that take the butter(at room temperature)and apply it on the corns.You can sprinkle more masala again if needed.
