Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Corn cob whole 2 nos

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salted butter 2 tbsp

  • lemon 1 nos

  • Chili flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Oregano flakes 1/4 tsp

  • Chat masala as per your taste 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Firstly take corn cob and cut them in to two pieces.

  • 02

    Now take a pressure cooker add water and soak the corn cobs in to it.(add more water if needed to soak them fully)

    Wait for 2 to 3 whistles.

    In the mean time mix all the dry masalas 

  • 05

    Now take the corn out from the cooker .

    Take the lemon cut it and just dab it on the masala and rub it on the corn cobs.

    After that take the butter(at room temperature)and apply it on the corns.You can sprinkle more masala again if needed.
