  • Uraad Daal (Black Gram Lentils) 1/2 cups

  • Rice (parboiled) 1/2 cups

  • Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp

  • Semolina 4 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

    soak daal n fenugreek seeds for 3 hrs then blend it wid 2 cups of water n add de rest n let it ferment overnite or for 6-7 hrs.

    batter should be like crepe batter consistency...

    next mrning use a nonstick dosa tava, keep on flame add 2 serving spoon of batter in the centre of tava n use back of the spoon to spread on circular motion till crepe formed...

    put little oil on the edges when browning up, use a skillet to loosen up the sides n toss it the other side....

    can giv a slit till half on the centre n make a cone...

    remove on platter...

  • 07

    serve wid sambhaar n coconut chutney...
