maida (all purpose flour) 750 gms
yeast 2 tsp
eggs 2 nos
sugar 4 tbsp
dessicated coconut (optional) 1 tbsp
nutmeg powder o vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1 dash
milk powder 4 tbsp
margarine 2 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
Chocolate Glaze : ) confectioners' sugar 1/2 cups
cocoa powder 4 tbsp
milk or water 2 tbsp
vanilla 2 tsp
mix ol ingredients to crumb like texture n bind using warm water to soft dough n let it fully rise.
roll into 1/4" roti n cut in donuts shapes...
kip on flour dusted paper on a thhal o use greased trays...
let it rise for hlf n hr den deep fry on med flame til browned up...
if u using castor sugar do glaze as soon as u fry dem...
if glazing wait til dey r cold...
Sift together the sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Slowly stir in the milk and vanilla, a little at a time, to make a smooth, pourable glaze.
