Ingredients

  • 750 gms maida (all purpose flour)


  • 2 tsp yeast


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut (optional)


  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder o vanilla essence


  • 1 dash chaat masala


  • 4 tbsp milk powder


  • 2 tbsp margarine


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups chocolate glaze : ) confectioners' sugar


  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 2 tbsp milk or water


  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • mix ol ingredients to crumb like texture n bind using warm water to soft dough n let it fully rise.
  • roll into 1/4" roti n cut in donuts shapes...
  • kip on flour dusted paper on a thhal o use greased trays...
  • let it rise for hlf n hr den deep fry on med flame til browned up...
  • if u using castor sugar do glaze as soon as u fry dem...
  • if glazing wait til dey r cold...
  • Sift together the sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Slowly stir in the milk and vanilla, a little at a time, to make a smooth, pourable glaze.
