  • Coating: All Purpose Flour 250 gms

  • Oil 3/4 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Filling: Chana Daal (Gram Daal) 1 cups

  • Yellow Moong Daal (Yellow Bean Sprouts) 1 cups

  • green peas 1/2 cups

  • Coconut (Grated) 2 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Cummin Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Green Chillies And Small Piece Of Ginger (Pounded) 4 nos

  • Salt (As Required) 1 pinch

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Onion (Chopped) 1 nos

  • Few Corriander Leaves (Chopped) 1 sprig

  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

    Soak Daals For Three Hours Then Boil Both Daals And Peas Together In Salt, Water And Turmeric Powder, Strain If There Is Water.

    In A Pan Put 3 Tbsp Oil And Keep On Flame, Add Mustard Seeds, Cummin Seeds And Garlic Paste, Ginger Chilli Paste And Let Splutter Add Daal, Peas And Spices Remove From Flame Do Not Cook.

    While Hot Add Onions, Coconut, Chopped Corriander And Mix Well. Let It Cool Down,

    Then Do Filling Method: Make Pingpong Balls Of The Dough And Daal Separately.

    Take One Dough Ball And Spread Using Oil Into Small Puri On Your Palm Or Can Roll And Place Daal Ball In Centre, Bring Up The Puri To Seal It.

    The Dough Is Smooth It Wil Spread And Form A Ball. When All Done Deep Fry In Oil To Golden Brown Color On Low Or Medium Flame Or Can Half Done And Freeze For Future Use.
