semolina 1 bowls
curd 1 cups
salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp
eno fruit salt 1/2 tsp
Put semolina, curd and salt in a mixing bowl and make a better by adding little water slowly.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Grease the idli mould with oil.
Add eno in the mixture and immediately pour the batter in each mould.
Keep the moulds in microwave for 3 minutes.
